PNoy to push International arbitration on Spratlys dispute

President Benigno Aquino III will be pushing for an international arbitration on the Spratlys territorial dispute when he visit China later this year, despite Beijing's earlier opposition to the idea.

If China cannot respect United Nation's International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) which composed of more than 100 countries around the world. What more if only one country will reach on agreement with China through bilateral agreement would they do their obligation? I think not. It's better to let the International body to decide who is right or wrong. China knew they never win in a legal way that's why they resort on bilateral agreement to bribed nation to agree with them.

We are just proud for our President to push it on international arbitration, the right place to settle dispute once and for all. We Filipinos are united to fight in any way what is ours. Never ever intrude in our territory. We can go to war if that's the final option...

We may be hospitable but if abused we will be your greatest fear that you China never imagined. And your downfall China... has just begun...

China is clearly making an excuse to withdraw their plan about colonizing the whole Spratly islands when it rejected the call to UN's ITLOS. Their plan to settle the issue without the UN body means they will just teach the Philippines a new map of their territories including the disputed islands of Spratlys which is located within the 200 nautical miles of Palawan. PNOY made the right move on this issue. If this bullying China would insist to claim these islands after UN cleared the matter of whose the right claimant, the whole UN, as well as the US, will send humming bombs to China so these Chinese learn to remodel their own map of territories in accordance to the UN law.

China is a treacherous state they killed their own people (Tienanmen square killing ) they might do the same to other country. Am sure they will use their armaments to colonized the whole Spratly and kill whoever block their way. Elevating the issue to international arbitration is the right move. Once the UN and US are on our sides we are confident not to lost our claimed in Spratly.
